Welcome to the official website of Rwanda Demobilization and Reintegration commission (RDRC). The Commission was established in 1997 by Government of Rwanda, with the mandate to oversee the planning and implementation of Rwanda Demobilization and Reintegration Programme (RDRP). The RDRP is currently in its third stage since January 2009. This came after successful completion of stages I and II. Stage I started in 1997 and ended in 2000.
